Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused and result-oriented Store Executive to join our Vi retail store team. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting Vi products and services, completing sales transactions, resolving basic service requests and delivering a professional in-store experience.

Explain Vi prepaid, postpaid, recharge and data plans.
Promote SIM cards, mobile number portability, plan upgrades and value-added services.
Achieve assigned sales, activation and revenue targets.
Complete new customer registration and KYC documentation accurately.
Assist customers with billing, recharge, SIM replacement and account-related queries.
Resolve basic network, service and plan-related concerns.
Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate support team.
Maintain accurate customer, sales and transaction records.
Handle cash, digital payments, invoices and daily reconciliation responsibly.
Maintain product displays, promotional materials and store cleanliness.
Inform customers about current offers, promotions and new services.
Follow Vi’s customer-service standards, operating procedures and compliance requirements.
Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Support other store activities assigned by the Store Manager.
